The illustrations were inspired by the beautiful Botanic Gardens in Cambridge, which was founded in 1762 in the centre of the city and initially grew plants to be used for teaching medical students at the university. It now houses over 8000 plants from all over the world.

The elegant writing paper and envelopes have been produced in the UK. The paper is luxury FSC® certified Tintoretto Gesso Italian paper which is an off-white colour with a lightly mottled texture similar to watercolour paper & the envelopes are a beautiful vintage green shade by G.F Smith.

The writing set is presented in our bespoke Botanical tissue paper and finished with a mini wax seal.
